Thanks for finding me!  What is Teal Hat Running?

My mom passed away in October 2023 from a two-year battle with Triple Negative Breast Cancer.  I've always turned to running as a means of escape.  A place where I can go and my brain gets quiet.  More than ever, running has become my solitude, and it's also where I go to write. Many of these blogs you'll read are thoughts I've had on the trail.  As for the Teal Hat, simply put - it's my favorite - the first I grab in my closet.
